"M.S.W.R." Ready to glue !

Here are the 3 parts of the rocket ready to glue.
(the commonly available "fullaprene 303 is quite good)

Note: I found easier to glue the fin first Then the nose. Before setting the rocket apart for the glue to dry.
Depending of the glue you choose it may vary, but a few days is a good rule of thumb.
(Make a bunch of rocket one evening at the beggining of the week And launch at the week end ;-)
The glue has to be right as the pressure vessel inflate slighty upon pressurisazion.
Therefore you want something that remain  elastic over time.
Strenght is not really critical as there is only the aerodynamic pressure involved on the glue lines.

Important:
do not try to push either the nose or the fin too hard down when you glue as they will pop back out.
Therefore weakening the joint when you pressurized the bottle.
" WARNING...DO NOT USE HOT GLUE ! " It would soften and thin the pressurized bottle
leading  to a potentially dangerous  situation due to the pressure involved.
" As well ...DO NOT USE ACID CURED SILICONE ! " It is Supposed to etch and thin P.E.T bottles.
 Dangerous with Pressure! .
